You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, in original packaging, and you have proof of purchase.
Limited Drops / Exclusive items: All sales of limited edition and exclusive pieces are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Also non-returnable: items worn, washed, altered, or damaged; items without tags/packaging; custom or made-to-order items.
Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days. Include order details and reason. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Use trackable shipping.
Returned items are inspected within 5–7 business days. We'll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Handled case-by-case, subject to availability. Not available for Limited Drops and Exclusives.
Contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Customer responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and taxes. Refunds exclude original shipping and customs fees.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation if not yet dispatched.
